Wafer knife gate valve is one type of bidirectional knife gate valve, which is also called slurry valve or mud valve. Its on-off part is the knife type gate, which can cut off fiber materials mediums or similar. Compared with general gate valve, wafer type knife gate valve can save much more installation space. Wafer type knife gate valve is available with metal seated and rubber seated according to different applications. wafer knife gate valve is applicable widely in mining, coal washery, steel work, pulp & paper plant, thermal power plant and sewage with fibers treatment.
